Beko KMX-90S Dryer Shipping Delay
I purchased a KMX-90S dryer from the Izmit Piranlar branch of Beko. They made a delivery promise for the month of January, but unfortunately, it never came to fruition. Later, they promised me it would arrive by the end of February, but once again, it never showed up. They informed me that the delivery is scheduled for mid-March when I called. We were under the impression that Beko was a well-regarded company, but the amount of inconvenience we have experienced is simply not acceptable. I have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of the product for more than three months, and I kindly request a prompt resolution. This situation has become increasingly difficult to handle, and it's absolutely unacceptable. Many individuals are experiencing significant hardship as a result of this delay. Stop making empty promises and take action. It has been almost 5 months, the installment for the product is finished, and you still haven't been able to send a dryer. Beko company is a disgrace and is finished.
