Beko Delayed Installation of My Dryer Due to Kit Shortages After a Week of Waiting
On November 5, 2024, I purchased a Beko dryer and have been waiting for installation, but they have been giving me the runaround for a week. They first said the installation kit was not in stock. Then they promised it would arrive on Thursday, then Friday, and when I called on Friday, they said Monday. Today, when I followed up again, they told me it would take another 10 to 15 days. They claim there are kit shortages everywhere. To the customer service representative at the service center, let me say this: when we purchase this product, we pay for it in full upfront. If you cannot produce or supply the kits, then do not sell the product. This system makes no sense. One team delivers the machine, another handles installation, and now I am left waiting for weeks while the dryer sits unused in the room. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable, with empty promises like "we will call you back" but never following through. If you cannot do your job, shut down your operations and stop causing unnecessary stress for paying customers. Beko has been a huge regret for me, and I will never consider them again.
