Delayed Delivery of Promotional Items from Beko Store

On 13.05.2024, I purchased a washing machine and dryer as white goods from the Ankara Aksümer Beko store. In return for this purchase, I was promised a blender and coffee machine as promotional gifts. This offer influenced my decision to buy the products. At the time, they told me the promotional items were not in stock but would arrive within a week.

It has now been a month, and the items still have not arrived. When I inquired about my products, they said they did not know when they would be available. Is everything only about making the sale? The coffee machine was an urgent need, and I am now inconvenienced.
