Beko Dryer Delivery Delay



On 08-02-2024, my spouse and I visited the Beko Akhisar Şekercioğlu branch to purchase a Beko km 99B dryer. A representative named R****** assisted us. When we mentioned the urgent need for the product, the representative assured us it would be delivered by the end of February. We made the payment in cash and received a contact number. However, as you can see in the attachment, the seller never provided any updates. I had to constantly call to inquire. Once, a female staff member answered, listened to my issue, promised to call back, and hung up. When they didn't return my call, I tried again, but they neither answered nor returned my calls. Each time I called, I was assured the delivery would happen soon. However, during my last call, I heard conflicting information. They admitted to selling products they didn't have in stock and claimed to send the items piece by piece due to reprimands from the regional manager. Despite this, I received no follow-up. As you know, there's a legal delivery period of 30 days, but neither legal nor customer concerns seem to matter. Exhausted from chasing after a product I paid for upfront, I've initiated necessary legal actions. Now, I have questions for Beko officials. Are Beko headquarters aware of this situation? Are these branches not supervised? If they are, do Beko officials know that the branch has taken my money and failed to deliver the product? If so, aren't Beko officials complicit in this wrongdoing? How can a company that fails to deliver a product within 2.5 months without being aware of the situation become a global company? Would I have faced the same issues if I had purchased this product from H firm?

After I wrote the complaint here, they still couldn't solve the problem. In fact, their representatives threatened me, saying that if I didn't delete the complaint from here, they would deliver the product even later, and they managed to deliver it 15 days later. So what happened? The product turned out to be defective. I contacted their service for the issue with the product. Their service asked for a video, and when I asked for a contact number, they did not respond. My first Beko purchase became my last Beko purchase. I will also post the video of the product here. I made a mistake, don't make the same mistake by buying from them. They delivered the product 3 months later, and it was a defective product.
