I've had the bad luck to buy a Beko tea machine more than once, and every two years, the same frustrating problem comes up. The water indicator starts to leak, which makes the machine useless because it causes condensation. After getting it fixed, the problem always comes back two years later, no matter what. In spite of this, Arcelik Beko keeps making this bad product. Even worse, the handle of the cover broke, and I was told that both repairs would cost a whopping 600 TL. This is crazy when you consider that you can buy the same product brand new online for only 1200 TL. All of the products from Arcelik and Beko seem to be of low quality, not just this tea machine. Now I have to look for a new tea machine without knowing how the water will flow or how good it will be. It's annoying to have to keep buying new appliances because they are poorly made and don't last long.
