I've had a number of frustrating situations with my Beko tea maker. Despite repeated trips to the service facility and part replacements, the machine still leaks water. Initially, I sent it for service owing to leakage difficulties. They replaced the damaged kettle for ₺3,000. When I tried to use the new kettle after it had been returned, it quickly tripped the main circuit breaker. After another service visit and kettle replacement, the leaking problem persisted. This cycle was repeated, with the kettle replaced each time. On the most recent return, despite selecting the medium option, the machine made tea at high strength. With three service visits and many part replacements for the same problem, I believe a full unit replacement is necessary. Despite my requests, Beko's customer support has made no response. This lack of reaction does not bode well for a company seeking worldwide renown. Beko must stand behind its products and improve its post-sales service quality in order to maintain its image as a world-class brand.
