I've had enough of Beko's terrible product quality. For 16 years, I used a Bosch washing machine in my home without any problems or corrosion. However, a Beko washing machine that I purchased five years ago is already rusting from the inside out, and it hasn't worked adequately since the beginning. They even had the audacity to attribute it to "customer error." If a Bosch equipment in the same house did not cause any problems, the users are not to blame. They are avoiding responsibility by blaming the client. To top it off, the machine's lights began flashing sporadically. Despite extending the warranty, customer service could not access this information. Nevertheless, they said there was "additional coverage." When I asked for a solution, they sent a technician. However, upon arriving, the service representative stated, "You're no longer covered by the extended warranty, so we can't help you." It's like mocking them. Instead of dealing with the consumer in a respectful manner and finding a solution, they treat us like fools. When I remarked, "The customer is king, and you exist because of us," they said, "You don't pay our salaries." The Konak service in Izmir initially charged ₺10,000 for repairs, but after objections, they decreased the price to ₺3,000. They've transformed Beko into a money-grabbing machine. It's extremely disappointing to see a Turkish brand like Beko descend to this level. The Turkish people created you by purchasing your stuff. I picked Beko over Bosch to promote our Turkish brand, but I now regret my decision. After years of working in various positions at worldwide firms, client satisfaction and retention were always our top concerns. Beko's lack of quality is not appropriate for a Turkish corporation. If they do not propose a solution and continue to chase money, I will address this subject in my national and international articles. I alerted my contacts in consumer rights, and I discovered that there were numerous complaints against Beko. It's a shame that a Turkish corporation has reached this situation. Your Izmir Konak service talks a good game and charges money, but they can't fix the problem. The machine is only 5 years old and falling apart. The mainboard flickers on its own. The start button doesn't work. You took plenty of photos. For sixteen years, I've relied on Bosch appliances. They've never broken down, never rusted, and have served me well. There is no way you can ignore or mislead this public; you must stand behind your product and make the required exchange procedures; otherwise, I will sue you and use our national and international media outlets, which have supported Turkish components and united the Turkish people, to publish this in newspaper columns.
