Beko Fridge Left Unrepaired for a Month


As a working individual, I scheduled an appointment with Bahçelievler Beko service for my refrigerator's malfunction. Since I can't always be at home, I made sure to pick a good date for the appointment. They came on the day they said they would, but I was shocked when they told me that their Güngoren service had already checked the fridge a month ago (for a problem with the motor that was covered under warranty, for free), and they suggested I send my case to them. Unbelievable! I've called the call center four times with no luck, and during that time, everything in the fridge has gone bad. The Beko headquarters must keep a close eye on their authorized service centers. I want a quick solution to this mess!
