I entrusted my Turkish coffee machine to the Beko service center in Çan, Çanakkale, and it has been a month without any progress. I've reached out to customer service numerous times, yet there has been no resolution. Initially, they charged me 1450 Turkish Lira for parts and claimed it was a piece replacement. However, upon inspection at home, it was clear that no repair had been conducted, and they mentioned the new part didn't come with a warranty. They came to collect the machine for repair after arranging an appointment with a customer representative, but it remains untouched. This series of events has made me wonder if they are taking advantage of their customers. How can a company of this size operate without proper oversight? I demand that this frustrating situation be resolved as soon as possible.
