A local Beko dealer is where I bought the Beko cm 10120 10 kg 1200D white washing machine. To my disappointment, the machine doesn't clean my clothes, even though I've tried different kinds of detergent. It also tears them, leaves black grease stains on them, and makes the colors fade. When the service technician finally got there, they had all kinds of excuses, like not enough power, wrong use, etc. Funny thing is, my old machine was also made by Beko. Even dealing with my extended warranty was a hassle. I'm sick of it! I want a different model to replace this one, and I want this nightmare to end right away.
