Hello, the front door of my Beko washing machine ended up getting rusty after just three years. Even though the warranty had already expired by three months, the authorised service conducted an environmental analysis and determined that the rust was not caused by the user. As a result, they replaced it free of charge. Thank you for your kind words. Unfortunately, once the machine was serviced, it began to shake excessively during the spin cycle, which was not a problem previously. We once again notified the service about the issue. They showed up on May 23rd and adamantly claimed that the problem had nothing to do with their service. They provided a quote of ₺2500 for replacing the shock absorber. Upon inquiry, it was discovered that the shock absorbers were removed and reinstalled during the initial repair for the rust problem. I need help with resolving the problem that occurred after the service visit.
