Persistent Noise Issue with Beko Washing Machine
My Beko washing machine is quite noisy and shakes a lot when it transitions from the long program to the spin cycle. Even after five visits from the service team, the problem still hasn't been fixed. They insist on using the short program every time they visit, stating that there are no problems. Unfortunately, the issue continues to occur throughout the extended program, which is causing inconvenience to my neighbors in the apartment building. Even though videos were recorded documenting the issue, they continue to claim it is a regular occurrence. We've never had this issue in the past, and we're exhausted from constantly voicing our frustrations. I've had enough of using the machine and I'm exhausted from constantly filing complaints. Dear Konya Beko authorized service, I kindly request that you thoroughly inspect and dismantle the machine. Simply watching from afar won't resolve the issue. I'm patiently waiting for a resolution to the issue with my machine, as the warranty is still in effect.
