I purchased a Beko washing machine just one month ago, but it has not been heating water since day one. I’ve had the service team visit four times, yet each time they claim there’s no issue with the machine. Despite their assurances, the problem persists, and the main unit still does not heat water.
To make matters worse, I was contacted by Arçelik today and told they would not accept the return of the machine. I’ve called customer service repeatedly and visited the store where I bought the machine, but I’ve gotten nowhere. This situation is unacceptable. I expect an immediate resolution, whether through repair, replacement, or a full refund. Please address this issue promptly.
