I purchased a Beko air conditioner, and within just 1.5 years, I have had to call service more than 10 times. Despite multiple visits, no one has been able to fix the issue. I bought this unit for heating, yet it only blows cold air! Even the service technicians acknowledge the problem, but Beko refuses to take responsibility.
Instead of properly addressing the defect, Beko won’t offer a refund or a replacement, leaving me stuck with a faulty product. This is completely unacceptable for such an expensive appliance.
I will continue to report this issue on every platform possible until Beko finally resolves this problem. I demand a full refund or an immediate replacement!
