I Regret Buying Beko Washing Machine Because Service Never Fixed the Damage




My experience with Beko’s so-called customer service and authorized service has been nothing but a disappointment. On May 22, 2025, when the authorized service team came to install the washing machine, they noticed a dent on the front of the machine upon opening the package. They left the house without giving further information. When we called the service again, they said no record existed and created a new one. The next team that arrived claimed the issue wasn’t their responsibility and left. I requested another service appointment, and despite taking time off work to be home at the scheduled time, no one showed up. When I contacted customer service, they told me they don’t provide service during that hour—so I ended up losing both my time and a day of work for a service that didn’t happen. We made yet another request, and on May 30, 2025, a team finally came, took a photo, and left. It’s been eight business days since then, and I haven’t received any updates. It’s been nearly a month, and I still can’t use my washing machine at home. Beko–Arçelik has been a complete regret—no one takes responsibility for the product or follows up on the issue.
