Buying the Beko vacuum cleaner was probably one of the worst decisions I've made. Initially, it blew dust back out when I first used it. I sent it for service, but they returned it in worse condition than before. After arguing, they exchanged it for a new one, but this replacement also disappointed me. Upon opening the package, I noticed the lid was broken, and at that point, I gave up. Despite using it sparingly, the vacuum still blows dust out. I feel like my money has gone to waste. I hope someone here considers my situation and helps me replace it to resolve this issue.
