Amazon Order Invoice Missing

I ordered the product Einhell 18V 5,2 Ah & 4A Fastcharger, Akü & Şarj Cihazı – 4512114 from the seller “Fırsat Şöleni” via Amazon.com.tr with the order number 402-5405745-1711501 on 20 April 2026, for ₺3,499. The product was delivered to my address in Çiğli, İzmir on 23 April. Although the order has been completed, the invoice for this product has not been issued and sent to me. The package of the product I received was damaged and the product looked used, but I can currently use it. However, since I have not been given an invoice, I cannot register the product for warranty, which makes this situation even more troubling. The fact that no invoice is issued creates the impression that fake or smuggled products may be sold on Amazon.com.tr, and this seriously undermines my trust. I first contacted the robot assistant on Amazon.com.tr and requested that my invoice be sent. I was informed that my request was forwarded to the seller; however, the seller did not respond. When I made a second request, I was directed to message the seller directly through the system, but again I did not receive any response from the seller. As of today, 4 May, despite all my attempts, I still have not received my invoice. I request that Amazon.com.tr urgently contact the seller “Fırsat Şöleni” regarding my order numbered 402-5405745-1711501 and ensure that the official invoice for the product is issued in my name and sent to me so that I can complete my warranty procedures. I am filing this complaint because I am uncomfortable with this process, my trust has been shaken, and I only want my invoice to be provided.
