Umingle Account Suddenly Banned With No Warning or Explanation Given

I have been using Umingle for about a week with the account registered to the email address “ravitaazz***[email protected]”. On 3 May, my account was suddenly banned without any prior warning or explanation. I was using the app normally and did not receive any notice about violating rules or being reported. I have tried to reach Umingle support regarding this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I really need this account and I rely on it, so this sudden ban without clarification is very upsetting for me. I kindly request that my Umingle account linked to my email address be reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible, or at least that I be given a clear explanation of the reason for the ban.
