Beko Damaged My VRR 82314 VB Robot Vacuum and Failed to Repair or Replace It


I bought the Beko Powerclean® Pro 3.0 VRT 97325 cordless upright vacuum, and it’s been nothing but regret ever since. Just one month after purchase, the device started shutting off with a red light warning. I sent it to the authorized service center within a week. They returned it, saying the dust container needed cleaning—seriously? If I wanted that much manual upkeep, why buy a station-equipped model?
Worse, they also discovered the mop attachment was broken—something I hadn’t even reported. They fixed that too. I asked for a refund, but they told me to wait and see if the issue happens again. Four months later, I noticed the turbo mode drained the full battery in just 2 minutes, and the sofa head was loose and barely picked up anything. So I called the service again.
They claimed the device was repaired and returned it. I tested it immediately—it ran for 4-5 seconds before flashing the red light and shutting off again. Even the technician admitted I was right and said he would report it for a refund request. But of course, in typical Beko fashion, nothing happened. No refund, no replacement, no resolution.
