DramaWave Charged My Card After Cancellation – No Refund or Response

I had a problem with a purchase made directly on the Dramawave website, where an amount of R$ 43,99 was charged to my card on 01/05/2026, even though I had already canceled the service right before this charge. I no longer use the application and, after canceling, I was surprised to see that the amount was still deducted from my card. Right after this improper charge, I contacted Dramawave support by email, but so far I have not received any response or solution. I consider this situation disrespectful, because I canceled the service and I am being charged anyway, without any return from customer service. I request the full refund of the amount of R$ 43,99 that was charged after the cancellation and confirmation that my subscription is actually canceled so that no further charges are made.
