Beko Air Conditioner 51205 Failed - I Got No Support

The Beko brand air conditioner, model 51205, is not heating or cooling. I’ve called the service center, and while they schedule appointments, they cancel them on the scheduled date and time without providing any explanation. This has happened to me twice. What’s worse is that no one calls to inform me about the cancellation—I only find out when no one shows up. Beko’s service is very weak, and it’s incredibly difficult to reach anyone for proper support. The Beko washing machine I purchased also had to have its drum replaced before even completing a year of use. My Beko Turkish coffee machine broke down, and so did my Beko tea maker. As a brand, Beko has been a complete disappointment for me, and I strongly advise staying away from it.
