My Beko refrigerator is not cooling and constantly shows a heat warning. Even though I cleaned the door gasket and dust from the motor, the issue persists, and the freezer compartment isn't working either. Despite reporting it to customer service and having a nearby service center, I was only given an appointment for four days later. How can I be satisfied if all my food spoils in four days? I am requesting your urgent assistance with this issue.
