Beko Fridge Stopped Working
Although Beko is known as a global brand, my experience with their refrigerator has been disappointing. After the fridge suddenly warmed up and the ice melted, causing damage, we created a service request. It took four days for a response. When the Beko service team finally arrived, their behavior towards elderly individuals was disrespectful and casual. Their diagnosis was absurd: they suggested running a fan 2-3 hours a day behind the refrigerator. They claimed that such temperatures were normal because we hadn't encountered them before. We are now cooling the fridge by moving it to the center of the kitchen and using a fan. Kudos to "World Brand Beko" for this solution.

I will share all the problems we have experienced regarding this, along with voice recordings, on social media platforms. My only concern is to have my problem resolved.
