Since purchasing my refrigerator, I have encountered numerous problems. The noise level is extremely high. Whenever the service is scheduled, they always insist that the noises are perfectly normal and can be attributed to the inverter motor. Nevertheless, these sounds are anything but ordinary. When I showed a video I had recorded to the service, they didn't seem interested and dismissed it as being 'normal.' Afterwards, a component was modified, followed by the entire refrigerator being replaced, yet the persistent noises remain. It appears that Beko products have a tendency to have consistent flaws right out of the factory. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Beko products.
