Beko ProSmart Inverter Refrigerator – Persistent Odor Issue & No Real Solution

I purchased a Beko ProSmart Inverter refrigerator about a year ago, and since the very beginning, it has had a noticeable odor that transfers to food. At first, I assumed this was normal for a new fridge, but over time, the smell never went away.
I contacted Beko’s authorized service, and initially, they denied there was any odor. After insisting that the smell was affecting my food, they installed a device to test the issue. Eventually, they admitted that the compressor was faulty but instead of replacing the entire unit, they only replaced the compressor.
However, the issue still persists. When I called service again, they dismissed my complaint, claiming that the smell must be coming from the food inside—which is completely untrue. I am constantly cleaning the fridge, and even using the charcoal filter they provided, but nothing helps.
I bought Beko because of its long-standing reputation, but this has been a huge disappointment. No one is offering a real solution, and I am left with a refrigerator that continues to affect my food quality. I expect Beko to take responsibility and provide a proper resolution immediately!
