My Beko Refrigerator Compressor Makes Loud Noises Despite Multiple Repairs

I am beyond frustrated with my Beko refrigerator. I bought this fridge two years ago, and from the very beginning, it started making an unbearable noise. First, the fan was replaced—no change. Then the motor was changed—still no improvement. After that, three more service visits were made where they stuffed rubber pieces and Styrofoam under the motor. The noise only got slightly better, but now it makes loud banging sounds every time the motor starts and stops.
Now they tell me they’re coming again to change the motor for the second time. Enough is enough. I haven’t been able to sleep for over 10 days because it sounds like a tractor is running inside my house. How is this acceptable? All our appliances are from Beko, but clearly, customer loyalty means nothing to this brand.
You charge premium prices but don’t stand behind your products. Why should I keep dealing with this constant noise and endless technician visits? Why is replacing this faulty fridge with a new one so difficult, especially after so many failed repair attempts and the time, energy, and money wasted?
I will never buy another Beko product again. Either replace this refrigerator immediately or issue a full refund. This torture has gone on long enough.
We dealt with repairs 4-5 times and finally they decided to replace the product. Even the technician protested at this point.

Initially, we didn't pay much attention, thinking it was normal, but recently, everything we put inside has started to spoil and mold! We contacted the authorized...

I’ve dealt with a problem with my Beko fridge for two years since purchasing it. Different authorized services came four or five times, yet none could fix the issue, and once I even paid a high repair fee that changed nothing. My requests were rejected because the warranty expired, even though the p...

I'm very unhappy with my Beko refrigerator, which began peeling its exterior after only two years of use. When the service team arrived, they blamed it on humidity, which is a pathetic excuse given that none of my other appliances have experienced similar problems. I demanded a proper solution, but ...
