Beko Failed to Deliver My 683616 EB Refrigerator and BM 6146 Dishwasher

On October 6, 2025, I purchased a total of seven household appliances from a Beko dealer. Among them, the 683616 EB refrigerator, BM 6146 dishwasher, and two promotional gift items were supposed to be delivered to my address. However, as of today, October 24, 2025, these four items have still not been delivered. I’ve called customer service multiple times, but I haven’t received any information about the whereabouts of the products. I’ve also been in constant contact with the dealer, who told me that the items were shipped from the warehouse on October 21, 2025, but I haven’t been updated on their current status. I paid in full for brand-new products, and the delivery was promised within 7 to 14 days. Today marks the 19th day, and I’m still facing this issue. The responses from both customer service and the dealer have been insufficient. I did not expect such poor service from such a large and reputable brand. It’s disappointing to see consumers being left in conflict with dealers. If Beko is not sending the products to the dealers on time, there’s nothing the dealers can do. I urgently request that my items be delivered and my grievance resolved as soon as possible. This entire experience has severely damaged my trust in the Beko brand, and I will be warning everyone around me about it.

On 06.10.2025, I made a request through the dealer for the delivery of our products. As of today, 31.10.2025, 2 of our items still have not been delivered. No one has called or checked in. On top of that, they are so amateurish and indifferent. I will warn everyone around me about this. Shame on them.

On 06.10.2025, I made a request for the delivery of our products through the dealer. As of today, 03.11.2025, they have not yet been delivered. If we had known we would experience such disgrace, we would have immediately requested a cancellation. If the dealer were a stranger, I would have requested the cancellation of all products. I did not cancel out of respect for our family ties. However, I will never shop from Beko again. I will warn everyone around me about this.
