Beko 970477 Refrigerator Delivered Damaged - Refund Or Replacement Issue



On 15.11.2025, I purchased a Beko 970477 refrigerator from a Beko authorized dealer for ₺33,000. Following the installation and before plugging the appliance into the power outlet, I identified visible scratches and dents on the product. The delivery of a defective item sold to me as brand new is wholly unacceptable and has caused significant dissatisfaction. Upon detecting the issue, I immediately initiated a return/exchange request and was given an appointment date of 20.11.2025. However, no personnel arrived on the scheduled date, and the appointment was unilaterally canceled without any notification. I later learned that my request had been incorrectly recorded as pertaining to a washing machine instead of the refrigerator in question, which resulted in the mishandling of the entire process. Due to the delivery of a damaged product, the failure to honor the scheduled appointment, and the erroneous registration of my service request, I have been materially and procedurally aggrieved. I therefore request the immediate inspection of the refrigerator and demand either its replacement with a brand-new, undamaged unit or a full refund of the ₺33,000 paid for the product. I will attach supporting photographs to document the condition of the appliance. I respectfully expect that this matter be resolved promptly and without further delay.
