Due to the issues I have experienced with the Refrigerator (670514 Eİ), Washing Machine (CM9142 BMG), and Dishwasher (BM 11042 I WF) products I am using, the Beko authorized service personnel from Gürpınar conducted checks on 21.03.2025, and a return/exchange process was initiated for all three products. Over the past year, the refrigerator was replaced 4-5 times, the washing machine 4-5 times, and the dishwasher 2 times due to manufacturer-related issues. Although this process has been exhausting, I accepted the exchanges as a gesture of goodwill and demonstrated my faith in the brand. At this point, I decided that this process is no longer manageable and started the return process instead of the exchange. When I requested the invoices for the products from Beko, I was informed that the Dishwasher cost 38,909₺, the Refrigerator cost 41,769₺, and the Washing Machine cost 34,089₺. However, when the return process was initiated, I was told that I would receive the amount I originally paid for the products, depending on when and from which dealer I purchased them. I am facing a structure that does not protect the consumer at all throughout this process. Despite creating four separate requests to speak with the department responsible for Beko’s Exchange/Return processes by 14:46 on 21.03.2025, I have yet to receive any response. In this process: The dedication and patience I have shown towards the brand are running out, and I continue to face inconvenience. In the last 8-9 months, I have experienced an average of 10 exchanges and have never been able to use my products regularly. There has been a significant loss of time, financial, and emotional costs. I will be adding visuals and videos related to the products, showing the condition they are in after 7-8 months of use. I hope this will provide the consumer with some insight. Since I have not received any response to the goodwill I have shown up until now, I will manage the process by sharing this issue on Xolvie, social media platforms, and with Consumer Rights. I hope these posts reach a wide audience and help others make the right decision.

Dear regional engineer Mr. Mert, considering that the sound coming from the 6-7 month old washing machine does not affect its performance, ruled for repair instead of replacement :) I am sharing the repair process of the machine and that the problem continues at full speed in the attachment :)
