I'm absolutely fed up with this company! They sold me a faulty product and now they won't stand behind it. I'm taking this matter to every authority I can find. Do not, I repeat, do not buy anything from this brand! The officials are just mocking us customers. When I complained about the fridge's odor issue, they had the audacity to suggest I shell out my own money for an odor remover. This is not how a professional company operates. We're demanding a solution! They're selling faulty products and we're not satisfied at all.
