Beko Refrigerator Replacement Denied, Steam Issues, and Persistent Leaks Continue



Despite my request to change the inner cover of my Beko refrigerator, it was replaced instead. Subsequently, the cabinet began to emit steam, prompting four service visits. Unfortunately, the service failed to address the issue, and today, my refrigerator is flooded again. I have initiated a service request for a replacement, and if the persistent defect is not resolved, legal action will be taken. I strongly discourage others from purchasing Beko products as my experience has been disappointing. Regrettably, the Beko cabinet continues to leak water, leading to my eighth service call. Beko refuses to acknowledge the product's defects, and I deeply regret choosing this brand.
