I purchased a Beko BK 10141 PRCNT washing machine about five years ago from the Beko dealer on Fevzipaşa Street in Erzincan, and since day one it has been a complete disappointment. The machine has never dispensed fabric softener, detergent clumps remain stuck on the clothes after every cycle, and even at high temperatures the laundry comes out dirty and smelling bad. I am forced to re-rinse clothes repeatedly, yet they never feel clean or fresh. About two years ago, during my mother’s cancer treatment, we called the authorized service once; they simply cleaned the detergent drawer, charged us a service fee, but the problem was never solved. Now the warranty has expired, and I refuse to keep paying for visits that bring no resolution. I request that Beko take responsibility for this defective machine and provide a replacement, as this ongoing issue has caused both financial and emotional strain. I also urge other consumers to be cautious when considering this model, as it has proven to be unreliable from the start.
