In 2017, I bought a Beko BK 9101 EYS washing machine, but it never worked properly. My clothes always smell like fish or algae after I wash them. I've called the service center several times, but the problems remain. Because the machine was constantly causing problems, a technician from Beko's Gürselpaşa authorized service center, Mr. Köksal, suggested extending the warranty for an additional four years before it expired. I agreed to the extension and paid for it, but they refused to give me a receipt, claiming that they no longer issue them. Three to four months later, the drum's rotating belt snapped. I called the service center, and they came out and fixed it, but they charged me for the new belt as well as the service, despite the fact that I had an extended warranty. When I asked Mr. Köksal about the lack of a guarantee extension in their system, he blamed it on a system error. They eventually fixed the problem, but my clothes still smell bad, the digital display isn't working properly, and the machine has ruined several of my clothes, even though I clean the drum once a month. I contacted the service center once more, and they sent out a technician on Saturday to investigate. He said they needed to take it to their workshop, but when they returned it on Thursday, nothing had been fixed and the plug had been cut off. The technician suggested that I replace it, which would cost 200 TL, but he didn't even check the LED display, which was still broken. When I asked why they didn't fix it, they said it would be too costly to replace and that the warranty didn't cover it. Mr. Köksal was mentioned, but he was apparently hospitalized due to a heart attack and was unable to assist. I contacted Beko's customer service about the issue, and they informed me that my warranty extension was not in their system, and they accused me of lying. I'm angry because my problems haven't been resolved, I was duped into purchasing an extended warranty, and I'm being accused of lying. I demand that they resolve the issue, honor my warranty extension, and apologize for their poor service.
