BDG Win UPI Transaction Failed – Funds Not Reflected in Account

I am a user of BDG Win Game, and my user ID is 14549133. On March 15 at approximately 2:58 p.m., I made a deposit of 2,000 to my BDG Win Game account via UPI, but the funds have still not been credited.

The payment was successfully completed on my end, and I have the UTR number 313898493045 as proof of the transaction. However, although the money has been deducted from my account, it is not visible in my BDG Win Game wallet, and I am unable to use it within the game.

I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed using the above UTR number and that the amount of 2,000 be credited to my BDG Win Game account (User ID: 14549133), or refunded immediately to my original payment method. I also request written confirmation of the outcome of this investigation as soon as possible.
