I am a WePlay user from India, and I am writing to report a very serious issue regarding another user whose behavior has been extremely abusive. The user’s ID is 60216411. During a PK session today, this user repeatedly used highly abusive language toward me, mocked me in a humiliating manner, and behaved in a clearly unacceptable way.

I have already reported this user through WePlay, but no action has been taken so far. It feels as though WePlay is only protecting high-spending users, while regular users like me are not receiving any support or protection despite being subjected to verbal abuse.

I respectfully request that you urgently review the behavior and chat records of the user with ID 60216411 from today’s PK session and permanently ban or remove this account from the platform so they cannot continue to harass or abuse other users. I expect WePlay to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users and to take strict action in this case.
