I purchased a brand-new Beko CM 9120 washing machine from an authorized dealer around 23-24 months ago. Since the beginning, it has consistently torn and left rust stains on our clothes. Despite multiple service visits and repairs, the issue remains unresolved. The authorized service team replaced the drum and detergent drawer, yet the machine continues to ruin our clothing.
Even after collecting water and fabric samples during inspections, there has been no resolution. Our entire family’s clothes, including bedding sets, have been ruined. We’ve repeatedly requested a replacement from the start, but the company has failed to respond, leaving us in a frustrating limbo.
This level of service is unacceptable from a reputable brand like Beko. As loyal customers, we trusted the quality of this product, but it has caused significant financial and emotional damage. I demand a replacement machine immediately, as none of the repairs have fixed the issue. Beko must take responsibility and prioritize customer satisfaction.
