Beats Pro Headphones Won’t Connect or Play Sound

My Beats Pro headphones are not functioning properly. When I turn them on, no sound comes through, and they won’t connect. The indicator light keeps blinking, but the headphones fail to pair. This is my second pair—my first pair also stopped working. However, this pair is brand new, and yet it’s already malfunctioning.

To make matters worse, I’ve been told that repair isn’t an option. How can a product this expensive have no solution for such critical issues?

If this problem isn’t resolved, I’m prepared to take legal action. Beats, I expect you to either repair or replace this defective product immediately. Customers deserve reliable products and proper support for premium purchases.
