Starpets.gg Blocked My Account Without Warning

Earlier today, I suddenly lost access to my Starpets.gg account without receiving any warning or prior notification. When I tried to log in, I discovered that my account had been blocked, and I have been unable to access it ever since.

I have been an active user of Starpets.gg and had completed transactions through the platform. My account also contained items and an account balance. Despite this, I never received an email, text message, or any other explanation informing me why my account had been restricted. Having my account blocked without any notice or transparency has been both frustrating and concerning.

I respectfully request that Starpets.gg clearly explain the reason my account was blocked. If the restriction was applied in error or without sufficient cause, I ask that the block be removed and my account be fully restored so I can once again access my items, balance, and continue using the platform. I would also appreciate a prompt response explaining what happened and how this issue can be resolved.
