I Paired My Beats Studio Pro 3 But 'Find My' Still Won’t Show Its Location
My Beats Studio Pro 3 headphones were stolen, and despite having previously paired them with my device, the 'Find My' feature shows no location at all. I had assumed that by using Apple’s ecosystem and paying a premium price, I would have access to a reliable tracking feature—but apparently, that’s not the case.
What’s the point of including a “Find My” option if it doesn’t actually work when you need it most? I bought these headphones expecting not only high-quality sound but also modern smart features—especially tracking support, which is a key selling point.
My product is still under warranty, and yet I’m left completely helpless. If this functionality doesn’t work in real-life situations, then it’s nothing more than a marketing gimmick.
Apple and Beats, I’m demanding an explanation. Either improve the tracking system or be transparent with your customers that Beats products don’t offer true device recovery. When we spend this kind of money, we expect both quality and accountability—not excuses. Please respond and offer a meaningful solution.
