Anker Soundcore Earbuds Won’t Connect Together, Need Support
I purchased the Anker Soundcore earbuds six months ago, and now only one earbud connects at a time. Out of nowhere, the connection stopped working, and I haven’t been able to pair both earbuds together again. Despite having a valid warranty, getting support has been nearly impossible. There’s no clear way to resolve the issue, and the lack of service is incredibly frustrating. I regret buying this product because I expected much better quality and customer support from Anker. I need a solution immediately—either repair, replacement, or clear instructions on how to fix this issue. Anker, please address this and improve your support for loyal customers!
