Star Pets Marked All My Roblox Accounts as Inactive

I had not used Star Pets for a long time. About three weeks ago, I reinstalled the app from the Google Play Store on my phone because I wanted to start using it again. I already had an existing account, and when I logged in, I could see that it was still registered, but it was marked as inactive. I carefully followed every instruction and troubleshooting step provided by Star Pets. I refreshed the home page multiple times, logged out and back in repeatedly, and tried every recommended solution, but none of my accounts became active again.

I have been a Roblox player for many years, and my older Roblox account is also showing as inactive in Star Pets. I even created a new Roblox account and tried linking it, but the exact same issue occurred. I tested multiple different accounts, yet every one of them produced the same result. Since the problem affects every account rather than just one, I believe this is a system-wide issue rather than a problem with my individual account. It has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I have invested approximately 2,000–3,000 Robux into my Roblox avatar and around 700 Robux in Adopt Me. Although I have not made any direct purchases through Star Pets, I relied on the platform to manage my Roblox items and in-game assets. Because the support center is in English, I had difficulty understanding the available options and could not find one that matched my issue. As a result, I was unable to properly contact customer support or receive any meaningful assistance.

For these reasons, I respectfully request that Star Pets restore access to my account and the other affected accounts and investigate what appears to be a system-wide issue. I have always enjoyed using the platform, and I hope this problem can be resolved as soon as possible so I can continue using Star Pets without any further issues.
