Beats Headphones Battery Drains in 5 Minutes, No Repair Offered

My Beats headphones, which are out of warranty, now have a battery that drains within just five minutes of use. When I contacted the service team, they told me the headphones could not be repaired and essentially suggested I throw them away.

This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering the high price I paid for these headphones. How can such an expensive product have no repair options after such a short lifespan?

Beats, I expect better from a premium brand. Offering no solutions for a product failure is not acceptable. I demand a reasonable resolution, whether it’s a repair service or another alternative to make this right. Please address this issue promptly.
