I Face gkexams Deposit Not Credited After UPI Payment

I am writing regarding an issue with a deposit to my gkexams account that has not been credited. My gkexams account ID is 19474994.

On April 2, 2026, I made a payment of ₹5,000 via UPI, but this amount has still not been reflected in my account balance. Despite the successful payment, the funds are missing from my account.

I request that the ₹5,000 be credited to my gkexams account linked to ID 19474994 as soon as possible. If there is a technical issue causing this delay, I ask that it be urgently investigated and resolved without further delay.
