I made a deposit of ₹8,000 to my BDG Win account on March 28, 2026, at around 5:57 PM through Paytm UPI using the link provided.
Although the payment was successfully completed on my end, my BDG Win account has still not received the ₹8,000, and the transaction on the platform continues to show as “to be paid.”
After noticing that the amount was not reflected in my balance, I contacted BDG Win customer support multiple times and have already submitted more than five complaints about this issue. Each time, support only asks for more time, and the problem remains unresolved. My ₹8,000 is still missing even though it has already been debited from my Paytm UPI account.
I request that my ₹8,000 deposit be immediately credited to my BDG Win account without any further delay. I expect this issue to be handled urgently and that I receive clear confirmation once the amount is properly reflected in my account balance.
