Indian Post Payments Bank UPI Deposit Not Credited After BDG Payment
I have a current account with Indian Post Payments Bank, and on March 26, 2026, I attempted to deposit ₹500 into this account via UPI. The amount of ₹500 was debited from my account, but it has still not been credited to my Indian Post Payments Bank current account.
I contacted customer care and the concerned post office regarding this issue, but the problem has not been resolved, and the ₹500 has still not appeared in my account balance.
I request that Indian Post Payments Bank urgently investigate this failed UPI deposit of ₹500 dated March 26, 2026, credit the amount to my account as soon as possible, and provide a clear explanation for the delay.
