I Face Bdg***.shop Deposit Issue With $24 Not Credited

I made a deposit on the website Bdgi**.shop using the UPI method through PhonePe on April 11 at around 8:04 PM for an amount of ₹2,000. The amount was successfully debited from my account, but it has still not been credited to my balance on Bdgi**.shop.
After noticing that the deposit was not reflected, I contacted Bdgi**.shop customer service. They responded by saying that my payment was successful on another platform, which does not make sense to me because I made the transaction specifically for Bdgi**.shop and have not received the funds in my account there.
I request that my ₹2,000 either be properly credited to my Bdgi**.shop account without any further delay or refunded back to my PhonePe/UPI account. I also expect a clear explanation of where this payment has gone and how such issues will be prevented in the future.
