Big Daddy Game Deposit Not Credited After PhonePe UPI Payment

I made a payment of ₹2000 to Big Daddy Game on 15 February via PhonePe UPI, but the amount has still not been credited to my game deposit balance. Despite waiting for a long time, the payment has not reflected in my game account, and this is causing me inconvenience for me. I also contacted Big Daddy Game customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any proper response or solution so far.
