I made a deposit of ₹2,000 via UPI using the MobiKwik app to my BDG Win account on February 24, but the funds have still not been credited to my BDG Win balance. The amount was successfully debited from my account, and I have the transaction ID/reference number 605516130405 from MobiKwik as proof of payment. My BDG Win game UID is 14371853. Despite this, BDG Win has not added the deposit to my account, and there has been no update.
I attempted to contact BDG Win customer support regarding this issue, but they have not responded to my messages. This situation is causing inconvenience because my funds are stuck even though the transaction shows as successful.
I request that my ₹2,000 deposit made via MobiKwik UPI on February 24, with transaction ID 605516130405 and BDG Win game UID 14371853, be promptly reviewed and either credited to my BDG Win account or refunded to my original payment method. I also expect a clear explanation of why the deposit was not processed and a response from customer support.
