PhonePe Transaction Successful but BDG Game Balance Not Updated

I deposited ₹2,000 into my BDG Game account on April 3, 2026, via PhonePe UPI, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. My BDG Game ID is 21357592, and the PhonePe transaction ID is T2604031654478880751040.
Although the payment was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, my BDG Game balance has not been updated. I have tried to contact support, but I have not received any response regarding this issue.
This situation is causing inconvenience, as I deposited this amount specifically to use within the game. I kindly request that the missing ₹2,000 be credited to my BDG Game account linked to ID 21357592 as soon as possible, or that I be provided with a clear resolution to this payment issue.
