On 5 April, I made a deposit of 500 via Google Pay to my BDG SCNR account. In Google Pay the transaction is shown as processed/completed, but the money has still not been credited to my BDG SCNR account. I have been waiting since the transaction date and there has been no update or correction from BDG. I have also not contacted BDG or Google Pay support yet, because I first want BDG to check this transaction internally and resolve it. I request that BDG immediately locate this Google Pay transaction and either credit the 500 to my BDG SCNR account without any further delay or ensure the money is sent back to my Google Pay balance if it cannot be credited. I also request written confirmation of the action taken regarding this missing deposit.
